This project accommodates a multiple residential unit consisting of 6
adjacent villas consisting of (3 bedrooms) on a plot of land with an
area of 680 square meters, located in a prestigious residential area in
Dubai. The design aims to provide compact and efficient residential
spaces in a modern, desirable way to meet the needs of expatriate
residents in Dubai. The design is a challenge with the size of the plot
versus the number of villas within the plot.
