RAWDA BUILDING

This is a small piece of land of area 281sqm, situated in a lucrative
location in the center of Omdurman Market, the project aims to create
a multi-functional commercial building including office and shopping
spaces.
As plot has an irregular polygon shape surround by Neighbours from
three sides. and facing outward only by10 from the southwest side,
this challenged design as it should provide natural daylight and
ventilation for all plots side while creating dynamic attractive facades.
